How the Halloween countdown works
The timer counts down to 12:00 a.m. on October 31 in your time zone and shows “Happy Halloween!” all day once it arrives. On November 1 the page moves on to next year’s Halloween by itself.
Most of the fun happens in the evening, so you may prefer a countdown to trick-or-treating or your party. Choose Customize this countdown and set the time, for example 6:00 p.m. on October 31. You can also rename it (“Trick-or-treat starts in…”), change the colors, and add confetti or fireworks for the moment it hits zero.
Links you copy from this page repeat every year, so a Halloween countdown on your website or in your slides is ready again next October.
